When you need to be connected to a person or business from the White Pages® or Yellow™ directory just call 12456 and an operator will do the rest for you! |
The Call Connect service is an operator assisted service connecting you to White Pages® and Yellow™ directory listings. You can even find out information about the person or business you need, such as their address, opening hours or website address…but most importantly we can connect you straight through to them too!
For a limited time, calls to 12455 are redirected through to the new Call Connect service. Call Connect is available to Telstra Pre-Paid mobile customers (on 12456 only), Telstra fixed line and Telstra post-paid customers.
Calls to Call Connect are charged a fee of $1.25 once you connect to an operator. Standard mobile rates also apply. A connection fee of $0.88 applies to successful and attempted connection to the number requested. Standard rates will apply to the connected call.
What information can I get from Call Connect?
If you know the name of the person or business you’re looking for you’ll be connected to their number. Or if you’re looking for a certain type of business but don’t know their name, you can receive up to three business listings from the operator and be connected to any one of them. Too easy!
When you call from a mobile phone and are connected to the person or business you need, you automatically receive an SMS message with their contact details, which is included in the Call Connect fee.
