USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By using the Yellow™ Advertising Rules, White Pages® Entry Policy & Rules, 1234 and Call Connect Advertising Rules, Citysearch®, GoStay™, Trading Post® Rules or Sensis Product Standards ("the Rules") online you acknowledge the following:
The Rules apply to all entries and advertisements and set out the basis of their acceptance into Yellow™ directory, Yellow™ OnLine and Yellow™ Mobile products, White Pages™ directory & OnLine products, Citysearch®, GoStay™, and Trading Post® products.
The Rules form part of a customer's contract with Sensis.
The Rules are current as at February 2007 and may be amended from time to time.
Before signing a contract, customers should review the Rules and ascertain from Sensis whether any amendments have been made.
In accordance with the Rules, Sensis reserves the right to accept, delete or amend any entry or advertisement, or the position, or heading under which it appears, in any Yellow™ directory product, White Pages® directory, 1234, Citysearch™, GoStay™, product.
Sensis also reserves the right to determine specific rules for particular situations. Customers should check with Sensis to ascertain whether there are any specific rules which apply to their situation. Sensis may use these rules and standards in the interpretation and production of other Sensis products.
Sensis may, at its absolute discretion, waive the application of a particular rule in a specific situation if it considers that, in all the circumstances, it is fair and reasonable to do so.

Your warranties and indemnity in favour of Sensis
Every customer contract with Sensis includes the following terms, amongst others:
Clause 4. Warranties and Content
4.1 You warrant to Sensis and Telstra that:
(a) you have the right to enter into this Contract and to use the Content and to advertise any business, product or service referred to in the Content;
(b) nothing in the Product, Content or Hyperlinked Site contravenes any law or statute, infringes the rights of third parties or is obscene, indecent, defamatory, or misleading or deceptive;
(c) the Product and Content complies with the requirements of this Contract and our advertising rules applicable to the Product from time to time; and
(d) any Hyperlinked Site or URL displayed on an On-Line Product does not, expressly or impliedly, falsely represent that it, or the goods or services described in it, have the endorsement, sponsorship or approval of or association with Telstra or us.
4.2 You must keep the Content up to date.
Clause 8. Your indemnity in favour of Sensis
8.1 You agree to indemnify Sensis and Telstra and both our Representatives against all claims, demands, damages, costs, penalties, suits and liabilities of any nature:
(a) caused directly or indirectly by your act or omission or;
(b) any breach by you of any provision of this Contract including the warranties given by you under clause 4.
