Sensis provides you with the tools, programs and ongoing support to own and drive your career.
Sensis invests in the training and the development of staff and assists employees to take responsibility for their performance and career development. We encourage our people to view their career development as an ongoing process and there are regular reviews of performance. We identify talent and discuss the future career goals of each individual.

- The University of Sensis Online which offers more than 200 courses that are accessible every day of the week, from work or home!
The career development group runs career workshops throughout the year, and owns the career development framework which provides the foundations for understanding the skills, knowledge and attributes required to be successful across all roles, company-wide.
This career framework will assist our people map out their career ‘flight-path’ through the company and will provide clarity around the various career paths open to them.
