Franchising in Australia represents a dynamic small business sector contributing the equivalent to 14 per cent of the national GDP. The franchising sector employs more than 600,000 Australians and is comprised of enterprising entrepreneurs, franchisors and franchisees. 

Franchising in Australia is well regulated, well educated and highly developed to enable those entering the sector to do so with confidence.
